From London, Brentwood, Chelmsford, etc:

Take the A12 heading North.​​

 

​Once past the 'Hatfield Peverel' turn off you will see the first  sign for Witham turn off, DO NOT take this turn off as it will take you the long way through town.​

 

Instead, continue on the A12 and take the next turn off, sign posted Witham.​

 

The road bends round to the left and you will come to a set of traffic lights, keep in the left lane & go straight on, to the mini roundabout 30 yards ahead.​

 

At the mini roundabout turn left into 'Freebournes Road', follow this road, it bends round to the right.​

 

Follow the road straight down until the road is divided by a central reservation, almost immediately after the road divides, turn right into 'Stepfield'.

 

​About 20 Yards up, on the right you will see a large sign for the entrance to Stag Studios, turn down here and you can unload right outside our doors.​

 

The driveway is for loading & unloading, we have two car parks out the front & there are no parking restrictions anywhere on the roads.

From Colchester, Ipswich, etc:

Once past the 'Rivenhall' turn off you will see the sign for Witham, turn off here, go over the bridge.
 

You will come to a set of traffic lights, keep in the left lane & go straight on, to the mini roundabout 30 yards ahead.
